Parc d'Atraccions Tibidabo, S.A. (PATSA) is a company owned one hundred per cent by the Barcelona City Council and managed by the municipal company called Barcelona de Serveis Municipals, S.A. (B:SM).
PATSA´s activities consist of managing the Park and its retail outlets in the Park. Our commitment to the quality of our services has led us to establish a system of communication with our customers, colaborators, employees...that enables us to understand, at all times, their wishes, concerns, impressions and opinions, to adapt and improve their offer, operation policies and customer service.
This commitment forms part of the joint management strategy aimed at providing satisfaction and enjoyment for the maximum number of Barcelona's inhabitants.
