Collserola Communications Tower is a unique work of engineering in our country. On one hand it is the communications hub for Catalonia, and on the other it is a great work of architecture. It was originally built for the Olympic Games in 1992 by architect Sir Norman Foster and completed in only two years.

At 288 m high, Collserola Communications Tower is the highest building in Barcelona and is situated at 560 m above sea level. One of the sites to see in barcelona is its lookout point, on the 10^th floor and with a 360 degree panoramic view. To reach the lookout point, visitors take a glass-sided lift from which a spectacular view can be enjoyed during the trip up.
